MEETING YOUR NEEDS one stay at a time.

Our simple goal is to make the job easier for whoever is tasked with finding the hotel! As a hotel resource, we help you in the gathering of sleeping room rates and availability, providing convenient reports of total availability and assisting with rate negotiations when appropriate.

Our service is professional, timely and reliable and since the hotels and resorts have retained us to act as an extension of their sales force, the only obligation you are under is to book the program if and when all the variables come together to your satisfaction!

We bridge the relationship between you and the hotels and resorts and save you the burden of trying to determine which hotels to focus on and who has availability. We remain as involved (handle contract negotiations, coordinate site inspections) or as far behind the scenes as you wish, even scheduling tours or offsite events as desired.

We usually have complete availability within 24 hours of receiving the dates/needs from the client. Absolutely no obligation! You only pay the hotel once you are pleased with the offer.

He began his hotel career at the Westin Copley Place in Boston then spent 7 years with Hilton Hotels, most of that time handling citywide conventions for the New Orleans Hilton Riverside. He went on to learn the national sales side of the business with David Green Organization in Chicago in 1998. After their daughter was born, he and his wife moved to AZ in 2003 to raise the family and establish Meeting Your Needs.

A favorite trip that actually happened and why its tops: Mediterranean Cruise 2015 with my wife Renee, our daughter Courtney and a couple dozen close friends.

If you could go anywhere in the world, past/present/future, where to and why? I love traveling so I’m up for anything, I would love to travel to all 50 US states before I’m 50
A favorite trip that actually happened and why its tops: Africa Safari, the Best trip ever. The most amazing all around place to see and experience.

Site selection, contract negotiations, site inspections, and onsite meeting management are her specialty.

She recently moved from her home in New Jersey to Florida to enjoy the sunshine and beaches which along with travelling, boating and making wine are some of her favorite things to do.

Favorite Trip and why:  Vacationing with her husband for two weeks in Thailand in April 2016 and having our daughter join us who has been living in Australia and we had not seen in 7 months.

Favorite leisure activity: Reading & cooking

Favorite Book: Crime & Punishment

Favorite Author: Shakespeare

Favorite Play: Tie between Hamlet and Much Ado About Nothing

If you could go anywhere in the world, past/present/future, where to and why? I’d go back to the recording session that produced Marvin Gaye’s version of “I Heard it Through the Grapevine” so I could be one of the back-up singers on that track. If you have to ask why then just listen to the record again. Seriously!

A favorite trip that actually happened and why its tops. A whirlwind 2 1/2 day trip to Iceland. Got to see and touch a real honest-to-goodness glacier, was smart enough NOT to touch the real honest-to-goodness geysir, saw unedited footage of a new volcanic eruption from award-winning documentary filmmaker Osvaldur Knudsen, stood on the lip of an extinct volcano, walked along a beach of black volcanic sand, visited the store of the Icelandic Hand-Knitting Society and stood on the plains in Thingvellir National Park where, from around 930 AD to 1798 AD, the residents met on the “Parliament Plains” to decide important matters. Pretty good for 2 1/2 days.

Susan Dubin

Susan Dubin started working with Meeting Your Needs first as a client and then as anassociate. Her specialty is working with Jewish organizations and includes full conference planning services including helping with registration, programming, and scheduling speakers. When not working, Susan likes to travel. She and her husband take at least one major trip a year. They have visited London, Southern England, Rome, Venice, Lake Cuomo, Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg, Prague, Berlin, Montreal, Quebec, Cancun, Ixtapa. They have also travelled throughout Spain, France, Turkey, Vancouver Island, China, and most of the United States. Last year, they took their oldest granddaughter to England. Next year, they plan to take their second oldest granddaughter on a “Grandparent trip” to Paris.

If Susan is not working or travelling, she is most likely reading. As an award-winning librarian, Susan can’t resist a good book!
